It is understood that a realtor's ultimate goal is to have a profitable business, however, with Mark and Susan, one doesn't feel like just another a client, but also a genuine friend. I have had dealings with agents over the years that have done a good job, but my relationship with them was strictly business, which is ok. Mark and Susan are friends who had my best interests in mind, to the point that they physically assisted us in preparing our house for showing. I can honestly say that I have no negative thoughts or comments about them. With their knowledge, experience, and dedication they are a tribute to the real estate industry.
