From our experience with Chris 3 years ago when we purchased this home, it was an absolute no brainer for us to come right back to him to help us out when we decided to make the next move. Chris knows the market, and was the ideal advisor for us when it came to making all of our decisions for the selling process. He made what would normally be an incredibly stressful process, a really smooth and easy process for us. We just wish he had a clone in the area we are looking to make our next move to, we'd use him without hesitation, and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Colorado.

Damon Chavez was absolutely amazing, with multiple siblings involved and not all agreeing, Mr Chavez was able to provide all of us with the latest information, keeping us informed and on the track to closure for our sale. Thru all the negotiations, Damon was able to add and delete items of concern in the contract, and best of all, the sale completed 25% above list price. Chris Plant did a wonderful job for us. He listed our house on MLS and within 10 days we had 17 showings. After the last showing, we had an offer which was taken to closing. Chris was with us all along the way. We had a few issues the buyer wanted addressed and he coordinated the handling of those. Plus, he’s a nice guy.
