We readied and sold our house through the winter holiday season which can be a difficult time. Debbie set a schedule for getting the house ready, determining a selling price, listing date, open houses and showings. Everything happened on schedule and the house was under contract within a week and sold over asking price. She stayed in contact keeping us well informed through the process and has a great list of resources to complete fixup projects. It was a pleasure working with her.

Katie is smart, experienced, creative, and kind. This was my first time engaging with her and she exceeded all expectations. She came highly recommended- and crushed it.
