I’ve been on both the buying and selling side with Debby as my realtor across multiple properties for more than a decade. She makes the process seamless from start to finish and goes well above and beyond more so than what I’ve experienced with other realtors. She’s genuinely helpful and reassuring. She has a positive mindset but won’t sugarcoat to gain business like some of the agents out there. She navigated several difficult transactions where deals almost didn’t go through and I do believe her natural charisma and level headed thinking played a large role in the successful closings. Her team is top notch, all a pleasure to do business with. Out of around 8 realtors I’ve worked with, some I tried working with, Debby’s on a whole different tier.

Debby is hands down the best real estate agent out there. We had a critical moment in our contract where we needed to look at other options to be sure this was the right house for us as we were considering dropping the contract due to inspection objections. We had four hours to decide, and Debby arranged two showings and had us looking at other options within a half hour of us calling. Seeing that the other options were not the right fit for us helped us decide to keep the contract. If Debby hadn't been so available, we may have passed on our dream home. She really made a difference in our future, and I can't recommend her strongly enough.

Debby was exceptional. She met with me months before placing the house on the market because I knew I would be out of the country during the much of the process. When it was time to put the house on the market, Debby was prepared. She had to deal with some challenges related to sale. Debby handled those challenges brilliantly and kept me informed the entire time. Whenever I had questions, she was quick to respond. There was absolutely no "dead time." Finally, because of a ten hour time zone difference, Debby was diligent in getting the closing scheduled at a time that was doable. Super!
