We had a critical moment in our contract where we needed to look at other options to be sure this was the right house for us as we were considering dropping the contract due to inspection objections. We had four hours to decide, and Debby arranged two showings and had us looking at other options within a half hour of us calling. Finally, because of a ten hour time zone difference, Debby was diligent in getting the closing scheduled at a time that was doable. Super!
