Being a first time homebuyer is stressful, and Lisa took the time to give us a high level overview of the process and patiently answer all of our questions before we dove in, which inspired confidence. Upon touring houses, she brought an uplifting attitude that supported our vision, while not sacrificing her honesty about any concerns she had about a property. She has an excellent network of contacts from lenders to inspectors, but isn't pushy about her buyers using them. Her contacts that we did use were responsive and did great work.
