Chris was excellent from the first interview. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Very communicative, responsive, professional, and courteous. He struck the right balance between listening to us and our needs versus knowing what was the best approach to take and course correcting us if needed. He strongly recommended a pre-market inspection, which we did, and it served us very well, helping pave the way to a fast, no bumps in the road sale. We were able to get a record high price for our neighborhood in the sale of our home. He also helped with a few things at the house during the listing time/sales time because we were out of state. He didn't have to do these things but did them proactively and fast, going above and beyond.
