She helped at every step of the way with the buying process as well as walking through our old home and making sound and reasonable recommendations to get it sale ready. She also had an extensive list of contacts from painters, contractors, gutter and roof workers to get our old house in tip top. She went above and beyond to help us get a contractor into our new house to finish the basement and even help with design ideas! Eva's team also staged our old house and we had an offer in the first 24 hours it was listed. Eva's experience, extensive market knowledge, in depth understanding of our needs, her commitment to representing us, 24-7 responsiveness, all allowed us to buy exactly what we wanted and then turn around and rapidly sell our home at asking price. Sarah's experience covers 360 degrees of the selling process. Day one, when we met to discuss the house sale, her approach was always focused on listening, not telling. When it came time, she addressed our concerns and (most importantly) didn't tell us what we wanted to hear but what we can expect. Sarah has a unique combination of stressing urgency while course correcting when appropriate. She does this with a confident enthusiasm and big smile that is critical for those inevitable days when pushing on is critical. Finally, every step along the way is filled with ethical decision making. Sarah's ethics are equal with buyers and sellers intentions. Al was very personable and had my best interest in mind when selling my home. He freely gave his opinion and recommendation on how to stage the Home and what he felt would be best to get a quick sale. Taking his recommendations the house sold in 3 weeks. The only concern I had was Al seemed to be late for the scheduled open houses. Usually arriving 5 minutes or less before it began. But, he said he would sell the house in 30 days and he definitely surpassed that! I would absolutely recommend him as a realtor.

Mike is a realtor who combines deep industry expertise with genuine care for his clients. From the very start, Mike’s dedication was clear. Debbie went above and beyond to make sure our transactions went off without a hitch. She was always on top of our next step to get to closing. She gave us many reminders on when to be available for inspections or what we needed to finish to adhere to the agreements we made with the purchasers, etc... Debbie made our transactions a breeze. She balanced the purchase and the sale in a 45 day window. I really loved the calendar she shares to keep up on track. The visual really helped me with what we needed to sign, review, and deliver. She was super communicative and readily available through text or calls. Our house went under contract in just 2 days and due to her communication, sold over price due to the number of interested parties. She negotiated inclusions/exclusions on the purchase and helped us reduce our out of pocket. Very professional throughout the entire process and I highly recommend her.
