My husband and I have more experience than most with buying and selling property, so when selling our mountain home it was important to involve an agent with just as much experience. Eva Stadelmaier was excellent at evaluating and guiding us through recent changes in the market and was not afraid to partner with another realtor who was more familiar with our neighborhood. We ended up setting the price a little higher than expected, but the house got some major attention and we were under contract in less than a week. Negotiations went very well and the closing went smoothly. We highly recommend Eva for sales up on Lookout Mountain and beyond.
