Tonya was absolutely wonderful! We were first time buyers, who naturally had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance. Tonya was extremely responsive, and walked us through the entire process and what to expect. Eva was very responsive and made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly and timely. She was knowledgeable of what was going on in the market, and set realistic expectations for our selling process based on current conditions. Eva was very professional in communicating between us and the buyer's agents, representing our interests and scheduling needs for showings, inspections, etc. accurately. This is the second time that we've used Debbie as our agent. She is phenomenal and we couldn't recommend her more. She quickly dials into what we are looking for and helps us find homes that check our boxes. She is very responsive and always replies to calls and texts quickly. She also communicates well with our lender and the selling agent. We had a particularly challenging inspection resolution process with this recent purchase. Debbie helped guide us through our options and advocated for us when we had concerns about the quality of the inspection.

Chris was excellent from the first interview. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Very communicative, responsive, professional, and courteous. He struck the right balance between listening to us and our needs versus knowing what was the best approach to take and course correcting us if needed. He strongly recommended a pre-market inspection, which we did, and it served us very well, helping pave the way to a fast, no bumps in the road sale. We were able to get a record high price for our neighborhood in the sale of our home. He also helped with a few things at the house during the listing time/sales time because we were out of state. He didn't have to do these things but did them proactively and fast, going above and beyond.
