Kristi executed the sale, advice and coordination flawlessly and exceeded our expectation on overall time to close. We selected Kristi due to her amazing dedication to the Southglenn community and we are so grateful to her and proud to now have her in our personal network.

Damon's customer service, communication, and availability helped us to feel supported throughout the buying experience. When we got to the offer and negotiation stage, we knew we had a heavyweight in our corner and had the upper hand on the sellers.

Erica was amazing to work with. We never would have been able to get our dream home without her. She truly went above and beyond for us. Buying a new home, having to list, stage, and sell our old one was incredibly stressful, but with her help and dedication it all became possible! Thank you so very much Erica!

Eva was the perfect guide for my wife and I when looking for our new home. She has a vast knowledge of the South Denver area and is able to quickly identify value. She was an incredibly strong advocate for what we wanted and continually reminded us not to settle or compromise on our wish list. She is open and honest about her thoughts and opinions on homes, always looking out for what is best for the client. She made what can typically be a tedious or stressful home buying process very enjoyable and fun. She is able to quickly shift her lens from a buyer's perspective to a seller's perspective providing insight into not just the short-term value and benefit of the home, but also the long-term value. We're thrilled to have purchased our home through Eva and will also be working with her to sell our current home.

Dana is constantly and unapologetically in her clients’ corner. She makes sure other agents are clear and concise. Never makes you feel dumb for not knowing something. Seems to genuinely enjoy what she does. A true pleasure to work with. I’ll scream it from the mountain tops: she is the best realtor ever.

I have used Kristi as a buyer, and now a seller and each process was smooth and painless. If you are looking for a realtor that can make the procedure as stress-free as possible, then look no farther!

I have used Kristi twice, once to sell a home & to purchase one. She knew how to handle each concern that came up with her knowledge, organizational skills, experience, immediate follow through, and her care. She gives you 110% and could recommend her more.
