I would definitely refer Damon and his team for buying or selling because of what he did for us. He and his team did a wonderful job. They took all the stress levels away from me to get my house on the market. I was nervous because other houses in my neighborhood were on the market over 90 days. He assured me that my house would sell quickly. He was always keeping me updated, and his team showed us how to improve the house presentation for potential buyers. We were under contract in less than a month and it is sold.
