We appreciate the Alan Smith team, and our realtor, Dave Pratt. Our experience in the selling and buying process was very positive, and extremely quick. The exposure of our home to sell was quick and meaningful. Due to our home's design, it sold quickly which meant that we had to find something to purchase, quickly. Dave engaged rapidly to the entire process and provided excellent support to us; selling and buying. As a result, we were able to juggle both transactions successfully.
