Rob was extremely patient with us during the sales process for our home. One event was particularly outstanding. When the buyer's offer was on the table but not quit what we wanted, Rob worked directly with the buyer without the back and forth of offers, counteroffers, etc. and obtained the final price that satisfied both parties. Also he obtained contractors who cleaned out the remaining items from our home, including a piano, which was a real headache for us.
