Sandy is incredibly organized and offered us a clear game plan for getting our townhouse on the market. She offered excellent suggestions on how much renovation to do to get a good price and cautioned us when it was not in our best interests to upgrade a feature. I have bought & sold a lot of real estate and working with Sandy has been some of the best transactions during a stressful time (moving). My most recent transaction was smooth with few issues, but the previous transactions had a buyer cancel at the last minute and Sandy worked through all the issues. I would strongly recommend her. Anyone thinks they can sell real estate when everything goes smooth, but when they don’t its nice to have a Sandy on your side.
