Worked with Dave (and Krista) on a work relocation. I know that process can be much more time consuming and detailed than normal as this isn't my first relocation. But Dave made it SUPER EASY. He communicated directly with the relocation company and buyers and minimized what I had to do. He coordinated all the right resources and got us top dollar for our home. We had a house hunting trip in our new state and were gone for a week. This was our first home purchase. David helped us navigate the market in highly sought-after neighborhoods in Denver (including Park Hill, Mayfair, Montclair, Lowry, Central Park). He was patient and always took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answering our questions, and offering his advice. We looked at the spectrum of houses from those needing complete renovations to those that were move in ready, David helped us understand the pros and cons of each house within our budget. We never felt rushed while we spent hours every weekend looking at homes. David was very responsive to our texts and phone calls when we had additional questions on interested properties. He had a lot of contacts from A to Z in the house buying process from professional home inspectors, carpet purveyors, lenders, etc. It is difficult to find a trusted realtor and word of mouth goes a long ways, I would highly recommend David to our family and friends.
