Wow! What can I say? Janel went above and beyond during the sale of my home. I had lost my husband a year earlier and was transitioning to a new home in Arizona. I had never attempted any of this on my own. If I had to do it alone, I would probably still be there, half in and half out. Janel understood the emotional toll as I packed and got ready for the home sale. She linked me with a housecleaner, and a wonderful painter who got the house in "sale ready" shape. Even though she would not be getting a commission on the purchase of my new home, Janel made sure that she reached out to an agent in Phoenix who helped me on the next step in my journey. I have no doubt that Janel will be as "hands-on" as you need. I am sure I needed far more TLC than the most... I CANNOT recommend her enough! She knows her stuff!

Even though Dan and I are experienced home owners, this market in Denver is crazy fast. Dana never waivered when we had questions. Buyers write offers site unseen, and mortgages go lightening fast. We have barely had time to pack and clean the house as we left. Dana actually knew of a buyer from a realtor in her office and so things went exceptionally well. Dana was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and proactive. We are Seniors, our move came with a lot of constraints and timeline requirements coordinating the selling of our house in Colorado and buying our new house in New Mexico. We found a house in New Mexico that we submitted a contract on that was accepted by the Seller and we had a Buyer on our house in Colorado in the first weekend of showing (Noted: we had to show during a snow storm). However, the Buyer in Colorado backed out at the last minute, Dana was able to find another Buyer within days and keep us on schedule for our closing in New Mexico, her experience with inspection resolution issues and her knowledge of the closing process was invaluable to us. Dan Riss was amazing and super knowledgeable during our home buying process. The market was more in favor of sellers but Dan knocked it out of the park for us. He is friendly and quick to respond. Dan was able to guide us well and we actually bought the first home he toured us in! Maritza has been a absolute god send to work with over the years. She has continually looked out for our best interests.
