I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks. They were patient and had all the right recommendations for the different situations we dealt with to cross the finish line.

Ian is a man of integrity. He had our best interest at all times, and we knew he would do the right thing for us. We weren’t able to secure a house during our short visit, despite valiant efforts (offering $80K more and being one of 18 to get rejected??), so we relied on Ian to be our eyes and ears from long-distance. He patiently worked through a multitude of house options that we identified, insightfully giving us pros and cons for each option. He visited many of them for us and did virtual walk-thrus. He pointed us to a house that we immediately liked, and did a virtual walk-thru, pointing out all of our required features, additional nice features that weren’t on our list, and a few cosmetic things we’d have to update. We had a lot going on in our lives & found that the home we were living in was not going to work for us long-term. With the way the market is in Colorado, we decided that moving sooner than later would be a better long-term move. Landin came in & presented a viable sale strategy to sell the house & purchase a new home within the timeframe we were hoping for - shortly after our daughter was born. We had the house open for showings for 5 days, and eventually got a bid 75k over asking. Our sale process went smoothly and we were able to close prior to the sale date (which was near our daughter's due date). And the purchase went smoothly as well. All timed to sell, have a baby, and close on a new home within 1 week! We could not have asked for a more smooth transaction on both ends.
