From the start of this adventure, Gary was all in. He dealt with us changing our minds as we progressed through the buying process. We started looking for a second mountain home or maybe land. Gary picked us up and drove us all up and down the 285 corridor. Finally, after about a year of looking, we went all in and decided to look for not a second home in the mountains by a primary home in the mountains. This is a tuff market and Gary fought for us all the way and kept us informed. The same night a listing went on he had us an appointment the next morning to see our new home. He still answers questions for me and is a great resource. I would absolutely recommend him for his commitment and follow through.

I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks. They were patient and had all the right recommendations for the different situations we dealt with to cross the finish line.
