During what was a challenging transition, I had many questions and needed guidance. She always answered them with kindness, and patience. I always felt she genuinley cared and had my best interests at heart from the beginning of the process to the end. She made many inquiries on my behalf and helped me make difficult decisions by offering her expereince and knowledge yet did not control or sway me. To say that this sale was one of the toughest to get through is an example enough of Wyeth’s determination. The lender, the buyer’s agent, the brokerage for the buyer, dropped a whole basketball court of balls on this purchase. Wyeth stuck through it and did the communication for all to see this get done. Although, I will miss dearly hearing from her everyday these past 4 months, I’m still amazed at what she did to get us BOTH through this sale! Wyeth is truly one of the best agents you could ask for!
