She keeps those interests in mind and paves a way towards her client's vision. Wyeth is patient and accommodating. Our first time homr-buying experience was incredibly enjoyable because of her. We would tour houses for many hours and on many days due to our indecisiveness. Wyeth never pressured us to cement our choices, but she did help us hone in on what we truly valued in a home. As we toured homes, Wyeth's language was guiding, visual, and forward-thinking. Wyeth is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She's quick to point out the integrity of structural concerns. housing-market trends, and even long-standing appliances. With these integrity issues, Wyeth is able to provide a solution pathway each time. She is a creative and technical problem solver! Lastly, Wyeth is a strategic negotiator. She has the rare skill of being able to see and respond through a colleague's lens. Seeing her use this skill in action has been a learning experience in my own life. The ability to add pressure where it hurts and make our offer seem the most attractive is a feat that takes a lot of time and care to learn. I'm thankful to have had Wyeth be our shepherd throughout this process. She's considerate, sharp, forward-thinking, and a critical problem-solver. I would recommend Wyeth each and every time!

I cannot begin to say enough nice things about Wyeth Jackson. She went above and beyond what was required of her to help me sell an old house that was held in an estate. It was a long and drawn out process that was very emotional and stressful for me. She was always available to talk to and advise me and treated me as if I was her only client. Wyeth was with us every step of the way. From hunting through all sorts of houses to clarifying items with the title company days before closing, she paved the path to our dream home. She held strong during negotiations and always had our backs while operating with respect for all parties. She kept us up-to-date on the relevant items but was always working behind the scenes with the many other pieces of the puzzle. Her vast Rolodex of skilled referrals is very helpful to buyers who are navigating a lot of new or rare needs and proves how much trust and respect other professionals have for her as well.

Wyeth went far out of her way to make sure each and every aspect of this daunting sale was thoroughly handled-a transaction that was several months in the making and included no less than one antique firetruck, a subzero estate sale, a drone fly-through, an open house with escape maps, and the crafty negotiation of five offers. Her resourcefulness meant absolutely no part of the (very involved) pre-listing, listing, under contract, or closing phases were ever left open or to chance, and her tireless candor and professionalism always had me informed and my nerves at ease. What a blessing to have been able to work with her for the sale of my family's "homestead".
