Although I initially thought that I would want to choose my own inspectors, I am glad we went with his recommendations. He always got us in touch with an inspector or contractor who could make our job a priority and seemed to know his business (the guy who did the whole house inspection especially impressed me).

When a painter seemed too expensive, he found a less expensive one.
