Todd was recommended by my REMAX agent here in the Toronto area. Obviously a FANTASTIC choice. Despite the fact that we are in the Toronto area and my departed brother had no American relatives, Todd was more than helpful with us Canadians selling my brother's furnishings and home. From the time we first met him, we were so impressed. He came along with a professionally made document, showing among other things, all the recent sale prices for similar homes in the area, and much, much more. We found Todd to be very friendly and approachable and was always so helpful even in matters not related to the sale of my brother's home...e.g. recommending restaurants for us Canadians, etc. Words don't adequately express our appreciation for all that Todd had done for us. Being strangers from another country we were very weary that we could have been taken advantage of, but we found Todd to be completely honest and trustworthy and so professional and knowledgeable about real estate in the Bay Area of San Francisco.
