Working with Vikki was such a positive experience from beginning to end. She went above and beyond on a daily basis, was always very accessible and communicative and made me and my husband feel like we were her only client. She's extremely knowledgeable in ALL areas of the home-buying and home-selling process and she always took the time to educate me and my husband throughout the process so that we felt confident to make decisions on our own. Hopefully we'll be in our home for many years to come but if we are ever looking to buy again we wouldn't consider working with anyone other than Vikki!

We were not an easy client for Mary since we did not live in the area and we knew nothing about Rossmoor. She did a great job in getting us acquainted with all the housing possibilities and how Rossmoor worked. She understood what was important to us - plenty of natural light and a view. She spent hours showing us properties. When we settled on the model that we liked the most, she contacted us immediately when a contract on one of these models fell through. She guided us through the whole offering process and made sure that we were the ones to get this property. From showing us properties, to the offer, to the close of escrow and after, she was their for us every step of the way. We can't recommend an agent more strongly. Mary is great.

Todd was recommended by my REMAX agent here in the Toronto area. Obviously a FANTASTIC choice. Despite the fact that we are in the Toronto area and my departed brother had no American relatives, Todd was more than helpful with us Canadians selling my brother's furnishings and home. From the time we first met him, we were so impressed. He came along with a professionally made document, showing among other things, all the recent sale prices for similar homes in the area, and much, much more. We found Todd to be very friendly and approachable and was always so helpful even in matters not related to the sale of my brother's home...e.g. recommending restaurants for us Canadians, etc. Words don't adequately express our appreciation for all that Todd had done for us. Being strangers from another country we were very weary that we could have been taken advantage of, but we found Todd to be completely honest and trustworthy and so professional and knowledgeable about real estate in the Bay Area of San Francisco.
