Bernard helped my mother sell her townhouse in a very hot market. He expertly guided us through multiple offers after the house was listed for only several days! We had around a hundred groups troop through the house during the one open-house weekend and multiple private showings. His marketing plan, pricing strategy, and staging (thanks also to Yvonne, his stager) really paid off.
