I've recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Greg McPherson. He was our agent on our seller and buyer side simultaneously! This is the second home we've bought with Greg and the first home we sold. I can;t say enough wonderful things about Greg and his Real Estate Office. The entire process (as stressful as selling and buying a home is, especially at the same time) was made so much easier by having Greg as our agent. He was always on top of every aspect of both processes. He kept us up to date and fully informed the entire time. Nothing was ever missed! My husband and I had many different questions and thought pop up at different times and Greg was always very patient and explained everything to the most minute detail. He was always reachable by phone or text and if we had to leave a voicemail, the call was returned within half an hour. He was present at all the paper signings and always advocated for us with questions we would't even think of asking! I will absolutely be using Greg McPherson and his office for my future home buyer/seller needs!!!

We were having a tough year until we met Ruhi. Our house would not sell and we took if off the market. Playing cards, you have 2 options: leave the table or change hands. We interviewed 15 professional and very nice agents and were searching for right answers to 2 major questions: right pricing and right clientele. Ruhi got both: she priced it right (analytical skills to do market assessment are impeccable, the level of details that she is doing research for comparison is granular) and she brought right people. So much was done for ground work to have all marketing materials, staging, communications and all for only 3 weeks. Her moto is “only positive thoughts” and she is right. Those thoughts and Ruhi’s and her team hard work brought us to the successful conclusion. Ruhi is not working for you, she works with you and she is making you a part of her team and if you are lucky, part of her family.

Working with Vikki was such a positive experience from beginning to end. She went above and beyond on a daily basis, was always very accessible and communicative and made me and my husband feel like we were her only client. She's extremely knowledgeable in ALL areas of the home-buying and home-selling process and she always took the time to educate me and my husband throughout the process so that we felt confident to make decisions on our own. We were not an easy client for Mary since we did not live in the area and we knew nothing about Rossmoor. She did a great job in getting us acquainted with all the housing possibilities and how Rossmoor worked. She understood what was important to us - plenty of natural light and a view. She spent hours showing us properties. When we settled on the model that we liked the most, she contacted us immediately when a contract on one of these models fell through. She guided us through the whole offering process and made sure that we were the ones to get this property. From showing us properties, to the offer, to the close of escrow and after, she was their for us every step of the way. We can't recommend an agent more strongly. Mary is great.
