I eventually contacted him and he help me compile a list of items to prepare the house for sale. Having talked to other realtors, I knew this list made the most sense. When a painter seemed too expensive, he found a less expensive one. When the termite report seem expensive to fix, he found another less expensive. <br/><br/>When the house was ready, he knew exactly what to do: advertising and conducting open houses, making a beautiful brochure, building a professional level website with a video walk-through. <br/><br/>He prepared the brokers on the items that must be in the offers and we received seven offers all over the asking price.<br/><br/>I'm convinced that Bernard got me the very best deal for the least effort.
