I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't even have my home without Laurie. She is an incredible person, period. I reached out to her desperate to leave my current home. I texted her about 2 houses I wanted to see. She made time for us right away. We made an offer that same day. She made herself available late at night with updates and just to give us the news we got the house after counter offers. That was the easy part. The loan process was a NIGHTMARE! The loan officers were just a horrible pain in the rear end. Worst customer service I've ever had! After about 8 extensions, after me blowing up on the loan officers and making things worse, after I completely gave up on getting our home, she kept fighting for us. She did not gave up on us or what we needed. Through my anger, my crying, the loan officer's problems, lies, refusal to answer, to even do their job, Laurie kept it all together and going. Honestly, she is a saint and a miracle worker!!! I would not be home without her. There is absolutely nothing I can say that can do justice to what she has done for us.
