We met Moni by chance at an open house. We didn't have an agent and weren't looking for one, but she was so kind and helpful, we just kept calling her to see homes. When all of the new laws were coming into effect, Moni helped us understand what signing certain paperwork meant, and she went out of her way to find contractual agreements that worked for us. From beginning to end, Moni was transparent, honest, helpful, and never made us feel pressured. She offered thoughtful insights, and shared her experiences with other home buyers. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Moni patiently educated us and when she didn't know the answer, she directed us to someone who did. She also found us our dream house and helped us win it. Moni is a team player and worked really effectively with us, our lender, the seller, and the title company. As stressful as the situation could have been, it never felt overwhelming, and that had a lot to do with Moni's cool no stress attitude. Moni went above and beyond helping me out with the Purchase of the Millier Mansion in Chico. It will be a Big Restoration project and she went out of her way to provide me with numerous Contacts that could help with that. She was very Professional and kept in Contact with me by Emails, Text and Phone Calls to make sure I was updated on the Purchasing project. And I'm fairly confident I could Contact her for any questions even after the sale judging by the way she helped me out before the sale was Finalized. In the last 10 years I have sold 4 houses and bought 1. It sounds crazy, and it is. However, consistently, Moni has been my agent. She has sold houses for me I thought would never sell. She helped me get a home with a 30 day closing during Covid. She has helped me pack, move things into storage, paint, stage, paint decks, and spread mulch. She shows up and works, stays late, keeps in touch, and no matter what she gets things done. My last home was set up, staged, shown and in escrow within a week and closed in 11 days. Who does that?! Moni does. She’s the best.

Tati was incredibly easy to work with and beyond helpful. We don’t live close to Chico, and when we went to visit she had so many amazing properties for us to see, not to mention all the knowledge of the area!
