Moni (Monica) helped me by my first home! She was great to work with, found houses in the categories I wanted and in the area I wanted. We met Moni by chance at an open house. We didn't have an agent and weren't looking for one, but she was so kind and helpful, we just kept calling her to see homes. When all of the new laws were coming into effect, Moni helped us understand what signing certain paperwork meant, and she went out of her way to find contractual agreements that worked for us. In the last 10 years I have sold 4 houses and bought 1. It sounds crazy, and it is. However, consistently, Moni has been my agent. She has sold houses for me I thought would never sell. She helped me get a home with a 30 day closing during Covid. She has helped me pack, move things into storage, paint, stage, paint decks, and spread mulch.
