I had originally went with another agent to view a house and to try to find other listings to view. When my prior agent was too slow in getting me what I wanted.. We had a difficult time searching for a house that fit our needs and price range so we spent months looking. She never once pressured us or made us feel like we were asking for too much. She patiently worked with us for months even after we stopped looking for a while and picked up where we left off. When it came time for escrow, she was there every step of the way in communicating and making sure we understood everything. Buying a home is stressful but having a reliable realtor helped alleviate a good deal of the stress. We have nothing but good things to say about Tatjana. My wife and I started looking for a home to purchase in Chico in December 2020. We met Tatjana through another realtor when we wanted to walk through a home we ended up putting an offer on. We noticed right away that Tatjana was energetic and friendly. What we learned is that Tatjana knows her stuff. Not only did we end up finding our home, we received extremely professional service that was explained from A-Z almost every single time we spoke. Tatjana was diligent friendly and generous with her time during the holidays. I have recommended her to a few people since we met. Tatjana was there from start to finish and beyond. After we closed she brought us a wonderful binder with all of the info about our new home and all of the inspections etc… Tatjana made the experience so easy for us. Jana Humplik seemed to drop everything and be as accommodating as possible during our whole process of buying a home. From the numberous house viewings to the many frustrations from the lending company to the closing day, she was able to put all my worries and questions to rest because her experience and knowledge of the process was superb. We would give Stephanie and Hobie Jensen five million stars if that were possible! Over the years we have bought and sold homes with a dozen other realtors. While several of them have been disasters, most have been adequate. But we have never had the great good fortune to be able to work with realtors as knowledgable, reliable, and pleasant as Stephanie and Hobie. Because we lost our forest home during the LNU Lightening Complex Fire, we were essentially thrust into having to buy a new home against our will.
