The close relationship with her mom and mentor, Joan. Julie comes packaged with brains, beauty, wit and love for people. She gives her very best. Julie was so helpful and knowledgeable while helping us both buy and sell a home simultaneously. It was a tricky situation and probably frustrating on her end (not our doing) but she never showed her frustration to us. She also helped my in laws purchase a home after they lost theirs in the Camp Fire. It was a very tough time for them and she helped them navigate yet another tricky purchase. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is personable, friendly, funny as hell and one of the hardest working women I know.
