Where do I start? Stephanie was always available to us, and promptly replied for everything we threw at her. Even when she was busy, her husband Hobie would meet up with me, or answer any questions we had. During the time that Covid hit, we were in dire need of getting a house up here in Chico. Through all the restrictions, and house flying off the market right under us, offers being taken and then taken back, Stephanie and Hobie stuck by our side with such positivity and great attitude. Finally when we saw the light at the end of the tunnel, we would hit another speed bump. There is no one I would rather have helped me through this process than those two.
