When losing our home in the campfire we felt so helpless. We didn't have a ton of money or knowledge about how to move forward. When we found out we qualified for a small home loan we contacted Laurie right away! Laurie went above and beyond what I ever imagined an agent would do for us. They were knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying and selling process, and they were able to answer any and all questions that i had. Being a first time seller I had a ton of question, but they answered all of them and in a timely manner. This was through phone calls, text messaging and email. I could catch them all ways. With them working together was great because we could get a female, male and professional take on how things should be and look. We knew little to nothing when we started looking at homes and finding Hobie and Stephanie was truly a blessing. The first time I worked with Hobie and Stephanie they had almost 10 offers in less than a week and we were in contract well above the asking price. I had no hesitation contacting them again when I had another property to list. I wanted to get top dollar, so at my request we listed the home above their recommended listing price. After some time on the market and price reductions back to their initial price suggestion, they got me two offers and one at the exact price they suggested at the beginning. Thinking about buying and selling real estate usually spikes my blood pressure, but I honestly ended up looking forward to my updates from Hobie and Stephanie, they were always so helpful, understanding and swift with getting tasks completed.
