Christy was an amazing realtor! We told her what we wanted and she found us the perfect house that we get to call home. You give her your dream and she will make it your reality. We had the smoothest buying experience all because of her!
Christy Main
We were trying to buy while living out of state. Christy was incredibly helpful. Doing first looks at properties, giving us her impressions and warning us of any potential problems she saw, both with the property and potential finance / legal delays that maybe encountered. She was very knowledgeable, helping us navigate both the local real estate market and what to expext moving in from another state. I would highly recommend her.

Very knowledgeable on current market conditions . Exceptional professionalism . Always kept us up up date.
Kathy Joshi
Kathy helped educate us on the market, she was patient with us as we rode the emotional rollercoaster of the home buying experience. She provided guidance on how to rule out properties and focus on what we wanted. She used her contacts to see what was coming available. Kathy also provided guidance on the home inspection phase and helped us navigate finding the right house for us.

We had a long run but Christy was always there for us.
Christy Main
She was ecceptional. There was no question, no call that did not get answered. She made herself available to our schedule. Her market knowledge is nothing we have seen before. Kathy is extremely professional and our goal of buying a house in OTOW was our dream, and she made it hers, by making it so. She worked with skill and extremely well with the agent representing the seller. She walked us through the entire process as it had been 29 years since we bought in Largo, Florida. We paid the price the seller wanted as it was a fair deal in this market. She along with the other realtor were able to get us an extension as we waited for our home to sell. She was at all times in communication with our realtor from Largo and the realtor for the seller. We just cannot say enough good things about Ms. Kathy Joshi. Thank you for asking our opinion. We would and will highly recommend her in future. David and Janice Whitmore
