Christy was diligent in her marketing efforts, utilizing social media very strongly. She seemed to have a good understanding of the market and set realistic expectations. Christy was my initial contact when I decided to sell. She is so friendly and knowledgeable! Sometimes Tammy also worked on my listing. Between the two, I never had to wait long for an answer whenever a question arose. They suggested a starting price based on my home's value, but due to market conditions, that number had to be adjusted a few times. Christy (and Tammy) never pressured me to drop the price. In the end, I got what I was hoping to get. The house was listed for 6 months, not long by today's standards. It went much smoother than I expected.
