Her office was must welcoming - offering tea and cookies and cool air out of the hot sun. My pup was so welcomed with treats and water served to her like she was family. I truly was glad that I choose the office Inside top of the world as the listing agent had no idea of the important specifics needed to make educated decisions without extended time and possible wrong answers. At closing, she provided all the resources I needed to obtain my mail, sign up for maintenance requests, get my car sticker, home ins and even had a list of handy people if needed. Kathy was the listing agent on a property and worked with enthusiasm representing both the seller and me. She was quick to respond and very knowledgeable of the process and intricate requirements of the HOA. She went out of her way to make contacts with people on my behalf making the process much more efficient. On the actual closing date I was unable to utilize my vehicle and she took the time to drive me to two offices so that I could get my mailbox keys and my vehicle gate pass. I was aware she had another appointment but kindly made sure I had what I needed to get al least partially moved in.
