She was ecceptional. There was no question, no call that did not get answered. She made herself available to our schedule. Her market knowledge is nothing we have seen before. Kathy is extremely professional and our goal of buying a house in OTOW was our dream, and she made it hers, by making it so. She worked with skill and extremely well with the agent representing the seller. She walked us through the entire process as it had been 29 years since we bought in Largo, Florida. We paid the price the seller wanted as it was a fair deal in this market. She along with the other realtor were able to get us an extension as we waited for our home to sell. We found a house within a few days. It worked out perfectly. She even worked through her cruise vacation to ensure the seller fixed what was needed from the inspection. Ms. Joshi's services came highly recommended by a dear friend. My sister and I called her late in the day asking to see available properties and Kathy offered to stayed late in the day to meet with us. While Kathy was showing us some properties we had requested to view she also brought us to other properties which matched our criteria. Her demeaner, while being friendly was professional and her manner unrushed. After being shown several available properties we asked to revisit a couple to which she happliy complied. This made it possible for us to place an offer on a home that same evening. Once the offer was accepted Kathy continued to monitor our progress in completing the steps necessary for the title company, HOA requirements and the like. We “hit a home run” when we asked Kathy Joshi to help us find a home in Weybourne Landing in Ocala, Florida. Kathy just happened to answer the phone when we were looking for someone to help us find a place to live in On Top of the World. Kathy met me at her real estate office on May 5th to find out what kind of house we were interested in. She already had 7 houses ready for showing. By 1:00PM I had found the right house. On May 6th she presented a contract to the seller, and the rest was history! She held my hand through the entire process and contacted me frequently to see how I was doing and did I have questions or need help. She explained every document and made sure I signed and got everything done on a timely basis. Kathy has a bubbly personality and kept the atmosphere light and constantly reassured me that it was all going well through the process. We closed out on the house we sold in Marietta, Georgia on May 29th, moved out of our Georgia home , and headed to Ocala on May 30th. On June 8, we closed on our new home in Weybourne Landing. Kathy made our move and transition easy. The closing was a breeze! We moved into our new home on June 10th. It couldn’t have gone smoother. She agreed to show me many properties in 1 day per my request and create a map and specifics I requested. It was all about me and my needs. Her office was must welcoming - offering tea and cookies and cool air out of the hot sun. My pup was so welcomed with treats and water served to her like she was family. I truly was glad that I choose the office Inside top of the world as the listing agent had no idea of the important specifics needed to make educated decisions without extended time and possible wrong answers. At closing, she provided all the resources I needed to obtain my mail, sign up for maintenance requests, get my car sticker, home ins and even had a list of handy people if needed. I had been a Realtor for over 20 years - Prior and can only tell you the truth- Kathy is professional and through and her office administration the same.
