Kathie was on top of things at all times she had many open houses. I was not living there so things could get a little messy around there and she made sure they got cleaned up and taken care of to make your house more presentable. Just happen that it’s a hard market to sell a house in right now and it took a long time, but I never doubted that she could do it. She was helpful and kept me informed. She knew her business well knew what market prices were and kept on top of things.
