I truly was glad that I choose the office Inside top of the world as the listing agent had no idea of the important specifics needed to make educated decisions without extended time and possible wrong answers. At closing, she provided all the resources I needed to obtain my mail, sign up for maintenance requests, get my car sticker, home ins and even had a list of handy people if needed. Kathie was on top of things at all times she had many open houses. I was not living there so things could get a little messy around there and she made sure they got cleaned up and taken care of to make your house more presentable. Just happen that it’s a hard market to sell a house in right now and it took a long time, but I never doubted that she could do it. She was helpful and kept me informed.
