First class! I’m super pleased I used Neuhaus Realty for the sale of my Denver home. Advice I got from another realtor was to spend thousands to remodel a bathroom in the basement so house would sell. He also said the market was weak and I wouldn’t get what I wanted out of the home. April looked everything over and suggested several things needed done that were mostly cleaning and painting. I followed her advise and staged a couple rooms in the house for eye appeal. It was the right advice as on the first day we had five showings and one cash offer for the full price. She was right there every step of the way helping make the sale go through smoothly. I highly recommend using her advise and expertise if you’re looking for a great realtor.
