From the very first listing we viewed, Roger and Sue Kelley were very flexible and expedient in getting us into every home we wanted to see. Though careful not to lead with any biases toward the properties we viewed, they were able to either validate or give explanations as to the scope of work needed in each listing in order to realize our vision. Roger was a sellers agent at a property I went to go see. He was a pro. Though I didn't make an offer on that property at that time- I decided on a different neighborhood, I therefore reached out to him later as a buyer wanting him to be my buyers agent, recalling his high degree of professionalism and competence before and during the showing. Roger and his wife Susan helped my family and I feel comfortable throughout the home buying process, walking us through it step by step from appraising the property for me, to giving me the tour, to discussing the offer and negotiation with us, to walking through the contracting and paperwork in detail, the inspection and inspection resolution process, working with the title company, the walk through, closing, and everything in between. Very thorough, took substantial time to help explain in depth each piece throughout in detail and spent much time doing so. Straightforward and smart, and gave good advice that was spot on. Got a nice housewarming gift as well from Roger and his wife Susan. They responded immediately to texts and calls and kept us informed. Highly communicative and responsive and worked on my tight schedule, always aligning to my availability. Turns out the place I wanted had 2 offers already when I saw it and an offer deadline of that evening so we moved quickly and efficiently to get it done. Were Roger not very responsive, communicative and proactive, it may not have worked out at all. Roger and Susan were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Will stay in touch.☺️ Perhaps grab drinks again.☺️ Very glad to have worked with them- it worked out very well, and they made the process a comfortable one for my family and I. Helped us feel at ease and like I had a strong, caring, and professional team representing me/looking out for my best interest throughout. April was extremely helpful in guiding us through the buying process for land in a challenging area. She was there with us the whole time always checking in to make sure any questions we had were answered promptly. As an out of state non-profit, we can be a challenge to work with, but April was able to assist us with every little problem that came up with ease.
