I highly recommend Roger as a real estate agent! From the start, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and provided valuable insights that guided us in making informed decisions. Selling your home is hard enough, but in a difficult market with high interest rates you need the best real estate agent you can find. I was fortunate enough to find a "team" approach with Roger and Susan Kelley. Their knowledge of the market and how to effectively value and show my home was pivotal in finding a qualified buyer and closing the sale with minimum angst. Roger was always incredibly responsive to any question at most any occasion. He even answered a call from me when he was at the doctor's office. Susan was extremely helpful with guidance on showing the home and helping me search for a new home. Of course, you need more than excellent communication. I received the best guidance from experienced professionals who not only walked me through the mind-numbing paperwork but also recommended other professionals like moving and storage companies, inspection and repair people who were also top notch. Roger helped my next-door neighbor sell her home several years earlier and I was impressed when I saw him helping her move a few items out of the house shortly before closing. Moving furniture was certainly not part of his contract but it gives you an idea of his dedication to helping his clients. A caring attitude, intellectually smart and knowledgeable and a great communicator is what lead me to trust Roger as my real estate agent. I am very happy to recommend him and Susan to others.

Jace was very professional and made the process as smooth as we could have expected. Even with the inspection objections we had to work through, he helped us make good decisions that kept the sale on course and on time. He even set things up for us with contacts he has relationships with, (roofers, engineers, etc.), so that we didn't have to worry about finding contractors we could trust. This is our third time working with Jace and Brenda and they have exceeded expectations every time. They are our realtor of choice, and we highly recommend them! April Neuhaus is amazing. When we decided to move to Colorado from Virginia we needed an agent who we felt was professional and we were comfortable with and felt we could trust. We got all of that and more. April’s experience, knowledge of the area and market from our perspective was unmatched. At no time was she telling us what we wanted to hear. She listened to what we were looking for and we were able to have honest and frank discussions. The value April provided was fantastic and ultimately lead to us finding an ideal location and builder. She was with us through out the process. April made several significant change recommendations which we loved and the builder accepted. Not only did April help us find our house but she helped us find temporary housing, a beautiful home we were able to rent in Berthoud on 5th street. It was an amazing house with the landlord living next door. They were wonderful people who treated us like family for the 6 months we were in the house. We got so much more when we met April than a great agent. We gained a great friend.
