And, when we did find the house that best met all of our needs, Roger skillfully negotiated a very good discount on the sellers asking price for us. Beyond the closing of the sale, both Roger and Susan continue to be available and a great resource for local knowledge as we continue to settle in to our new home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding Realtor, April Neuhaus. She helped us each step of the way to navigate the home buying process as first-time home buyers. From the beginning, she helped us prepare for the loan process, guided us as we watched the ups and down of the interest rates, and was always determined to help us find the perfect home for our specific needs. We spoke often and she was patient with all our questions and concerns. What stood out the most to us was her expertise in determining the exact right time to buy, which helped us secure a great deal on our new home. She was aware of the perfect storm that had been created by interest rates rising, and new build inventories rising as well, thus making for some motivated builders ready to make deals along the Northern Colorado Front Range area. April was excellent at advocating for us throughout the process, ensuring that the builder corrected all the items on the inspection before closing, even showing up on closing day to meet with the superintendent and confirm some last repairs had been completed. She also accompanied us on our blue tape walk and was there to give us the confidence to point out errors and to request they be addressed. We felt like we had someone as our advocate in this big decision in our lives. In addition to her outstanding negotiating skills, she also went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible from the builder, including incentives, price reductions and additional finish work, which was an unexpected bonus. I would highly recommend April and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and skilled professional who truly cares about their clients. Cheryl was wonderful to work with. She and her husband Roger worked seamlessly together through the 6 month process of finding our new home. She tirelessly guided us through many houses in 3 different towns, arranged showings quickly, and understood our needs and desires. Talk about fate, who knew we were going to get the most passionate, energetic, helpful realtor we had ever met. She took every call we had, which were many, and never hesitated to drive many miles to show us different homes before helping us find our new home. Her husband, JP, is a contractor and he came and gave invaluable information on questions we had on remodeling, etc. This experience was way different than any realtor relationship we have had before.
