We worked with Jace and Brenda with the sale of our first home and it was such a pleasure that it was no brainer that we would continue our journey to find our new home with them. The search for our new home came with very unique needs. We needed space for 3 families with a total of 6 adults (and room for the possibility of 1more) and 4 children. We also needed two workshops, one for woodworking and one for auto machanics. Not to mention all the parking space we would need to accommodate all the adults as well as the soon to be drivers. Ànd of course this was all on a very specific budget. Jace and Brenda didn't let our many needs scare them away. Even with unexpected never before experienced hurdles like the restrictions of COVID-19 they worked so hard for us, making sure we were all well informed as rules and restrictions we constantly changing. Once we found the home that we loved they worked hard to put in our offer and stay on top of communication with the sellers. They made sure we received the necessary paperwork in a very timely manner but at the same time never made us feel pushed or rushed. We are so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Jace and Brenda in these two exciting steps in our life.
