Jace and Brenda were great! I'm HORRIBLE at paperwork and this whole process seemed daunting. Jace is great at cutting through the verbage and giving you the information you need. They're also great at being there every step of the way, but not pushing. I had support, but they stood back when needed so I could make my own decisions. Jace is also very quick to respond to phone calls, texts etc. Which is nice when you're stressing. Overall I feel they made this stressful ordeal much more straight forward and manageable We just sold our house and are buying a new one on two weeks with them. I recommend them with no hesitation!

I was connected to Jace through Zillow trying to find information on a specific house. He was very knowledgeable about that specific house and all the areas we were looking at. He spent many hours showing us all the houses we wanted to see and helped us determine all the pros and cons of the properties. He then recommended we look at some houses in a neighborhood we had not considered and that led us to the one we bought! He was very kind, patient, and helpful through out the entire process.
