I would like to say that even though our move out of state is not a "sure thing," April has gone beyond what i would expect from a realtor. She has provided us with names of realtors out of the area she researched plus spoke with them prior to us calling (they already knew our situation). April has been sooo full of valuable information, making sure to do steps at the right timing, watching market, graphs, etc. She has made this process a lot less stressful. April and her team are top notch. As a lender I get a first hand view of how agents handle working with clients. One thing that really shows what Neuhuas Real Estate does for their clients is MARKETING when they are trying to sell their home. The advantages a client has when their home is properly marketed can't be emphasized enough. April and her team go above and beyond in terms of high quality flyers and photographs, viability of listing on social media and the internet. Roger was outstanding! He’s a great communicator, sent detailed checklists with dates to keep everyone on track, checked in regularly and got us the house we wanted in a competitive market. He also did many showings, often without much advanced notice because of my work schedule. I’ve bought and sold several houses, and haven’t always had positive experiences with my Realtors. Roger has an incredibly calm, cool, and levelheaded demeanor and presence and was a breath of fresh air. Hire him! You won’t regret it!

Jace always responded quickly when we asked anything of him, and corresponded well with us and our family members in the local area to make arrangements to view homes. One downside was some lack of informing us when homes we may have been interested in became available, with us finding them and contacting him, but overall very satisfied.

I appreciated how he worked hard from the start to the very end. When things were going the wrong way with our first lender, Jace was always thinking of ways to get it back on track. He fought for me when at times I thought of giving up. His knowledge of the real estate and lemding process was invaluable as I was dealing with things that I was not always familiar with. Jace and Brenda were great! I'm HORRIBLE at paperwork and this whole process seemed daunting. Jace is great at cutting through the verbage and giving you the information you need. They're also great at being there every step of the way, but not pushing. I had support, but they stood back when needed so I could make my own decisions. Jace is also very quick to respond to phone calls, texts etc. Which is nice when you're stressing. Overall I feel they made this stressful ordeal much more straight forward and manageable We just sold our house and are buying a new one on two weeks with them. I recommend them with no hesitation!
