April Neuhaus made the complicated process of selling our home a positive experience. Her consistent communication, knowledge, professionalism, and truly caring personality makes her an outstanding choice to sell or purchase a home. We would choose her as our realtor again in a second. She came highly recommended to us and exceeded all expectations.

Once again, Jace and Brenda are fantastic. After helping us buy our home 5 years ago, they were amazing with the sell of our home as well. They put up with my anxious texts, patiently answering questions, and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Our home sold quickly, with a minimum of fuss. These two are a beacon of calm when everything is crazy and I just can’t recommend them enough. I’m looking forward to working with them again on our next home purchase.

I can’t even describe in words how thankful my family and I are with having April as our realtor. She went above and beyond what I could have asked or hoped for! She’s very personable, professional and able to identify your needs upon first meeting. Her attention to detail in every aspect of our home buying journey was outstanding. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease when purchasing a home. You would really be doing yourself a disservice not hiring her ASAP!

My family and I decided to move cross country and with all the uncertainties that come with moving April and Neuhaus real estate made the process so comfortable . April’s years of experience and professionalism was definitely evident in her knowledge of the area and quality assessments. Thanks to Neuhaus real estate we made our transactions quickly and efficiently, and would absolutely recommend her to others!!

Jace and Brenda were absolutely amazing to work with! We found a very unique property in Colorado that we fell in love with and it required some extra attention to get through the closing. Jace was extra helpful over an extended period of time to help sort everything out between us, the sellers, the banks, and the county. The next time we buy or sell another property, we will absolutely be using Jace and Brenda. We can't recommend them enough.

Joan Grosjean sold my mother's condo. She gave us advice on what we needed to do to get it ready to be sold. She was knowledgeable, diligent, thorough, and very professional. She helped get my mother a very good price for her condo. We were very happy with the sale and our experience with her. We highly recommend using Joan Grosjean.
