What a pleasure working with Joni and J
What a pleasure working with Joni and J.P. In this CRAZY market we were able to find our first home with their help and guidance. Through all the outbids and tears, Joni was able to keep her promise of finding us the perfect house. She even told me in the beginning.. "your home is out there, and we are going to find it." As most of you know, in this market, that's easier said than done. After only 3 months we found the one, and she made SURE we got it! She was in constant contact with the Sellers agent and got us the best deal! Even when I annoyed her with my late night text and worries she was always there to support and console us. Not only is she an amazing real estate agent, but someone I can say is a friend now. Thank you for everything!

Over the top!!
April was with us every step of the way! Quickly and answered all questions and provided much needed advice. She took such an interest in our home we purchased as though it was her own. Absolutely helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. A true professional in every way and we might add…she made buying our home fun!!! Truly, over the top experience.

April is a joy and determined agent to work with and our property proved that. We had a large property that required a lot of hoops to go through, and her kindness, patience, and incredible determination made the whole process a lot easier. She always walked us through each little setback with a positive attitude even though we may not have understood the whole process. Could not recommend her enough.

Working with Roger to find and secure a home wasn't just a pleasant experience it was easy.
Working with Roger to find and secure a home wasn't just a pleasant experience it was easy. He did all the work, he helped me understand everything that was happening, and he made me feel comfortable with this process that seemed insurmountable at first glance. This was my very first home buying experience and I feel so fortunate to have found someone like Roger to help me through it. Anything I needed he had it or had the means to help me find it. Never once did I just feel like a client, Roger has a way of treating his people like family. Thank you again for everything Roger you're the best!
