I live out of state and purchased a property in Tampa, and her efforts to coordinate all the activities on my behalf went well beyond expectations. She worked incredibly well with my family members, and when there were issues with the mortgage company, she intervened in a way that saved the deal. Had she not assisted, it's possible that the deal wold not have been finalized. I cannot thank her enough for the work she did on this deal, I truly appreciate her getting us to the finish line.

We got Ben's name from friends who had a very good experience with him and highly recommended him. From listing to closing, this was a very positive experience. We had not sold a house in almost 40 years and this could have been very daunting, but thanks to Ben's amazing knowledge and excellent communication skills, everything went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, which actually went by much more quickly than we had even hoped.
