We got Ben's name from friends who had a very good experience with him and highly recommended him. From listing to closing, this was a very positive experience. This was my first house-buying experience and Ben made it super easy from A to Z. He always answered his phone or called me back immediately, which earns major brownie points. He did very detailed research on dozens of prospective properties, which helped me weed-out the ones that would have wasted my time. As I lived 500 miles away, Ben picked me up from the airport on my 3 visits to St Pete. We looked at about a dozen houses on the first two visits, and then we closed within 30 days on an incredible property on my third visit. Ben set me up with a lender, and closing was very simple, with emails updates throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous. Theres just so much to know about the real estate industry, and the geographical and financial markets, its extremely overwhelming. Ben was 10 steps ahead of the game the whole time and pulled all sorts of reports that I never would have even thought of, and had answers to questions I didn't even know I should have been asking. I signed my life away at the closing, without any worry, knowing that Ben had everything covered. Ben is a highly skilled realtor, with great organization, multi-tasking abilities, and charming personality. If I could, I would give him 6 stars.
