Working with Nick was truly an amazing experience, especially as first-time homebuyers. Going into the process, I was honestly a little weary of real estate agents because of the horror stories I’ve heard about agents trying to steer clients in directions that benefit them financially. I made Nick aware of this from the beginning, and he completely changed my perspective. At no point did we ever feel like Nick was trying to push us toward something that would line his pockets. Instead, he always prioritized what was best for us and made sure we felt confident and comfortable in every decision we made. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. One thing that really stood out was how accessible and responsive he was. No matter how many questions we had or how last-minute our requests were, Nick always made time for us and helped schedule home tours as quickly as possible. He truly made us feel like we were his top priority, even though we know he has many clients. Nick’s professionalism and dedication gave us so much confidence throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Even after we closed on our home, Nick continued to check in on us, which really showed how much he genuinely cares about his clients—not just the sale. My husband and I are so grateful for his support and will absolutely be using his services for any future home purchases. Finding Nick on Zillow was a blessing. My husband & I were searching for a house to move our family into and Zillow connected us with Nick. We looked at maybe 8-10 houses and Nick was so honest with all of them. I never felt the pressure to sign a contract- which I really appreciated, especially as a first time home buyer. He helped me find some houses and together we had a list. He made all of the appointments to look at the houses- with some being last minute, but he made it work! He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Nick also helped us get a killer rate on our mortgage. I always thought that buying a house would be a stressful mess, but he made it so easy! He quickly answered any random text questions I would send him and he walked us through the entire process. We are so thankful that we got connected with him and we 1000% recommend him!

Nick is an outstanding realtor and we highly recommend him. We purchased a home from out of state and he made the entire process smooth and seamless. It was an extremely positive and rewarding experience, from our first contact through closing and even after closing. He has an extensive knowledge of the real estate process and the area. He brought items to our attention that we hadn't considered and he was proactive. He responded to all phone calls and texts promptly with the information requested and followed through on all the items we asked of him. He also negotiated the price to below what we had initially offered! He had our backs through the entire process. It was amazing. We can't say enough good things about him!
