Kerri kept us well informed from beginning to end and went above and beyond the entire time. She made sure we comfortable, informed and knew our next steps - which she also had recommendations and options available to us the entire time. We couldn’t have done this without her and probably wouldn’t have our new home if she hadn’t worked so hard or been as knowledgeable (especially with contracts) as she is with her years of experience. Buying a second home in a new state is complicated. Once we determine the area we wanted, Cove Cay, we were lucky enough to find Kathleen. She was a wealth of knowledge regarding the community and made the process incredibly easy. Cove Cay is a jewel of a community in Clearwater with phenomenal access to Tampa and the Tampa airport as well as the white sandy beaches of Clearwater. There are 4 communities in Cove Cay. Kathleen helped us find the right community for us. There is no substitute for her knowledge.
