I first met Mannie in 2016ish through a military friend who adored her. Had a bad experience early in life with a home purchase and was slow to trust or even purchase again, but Mannie mentored me in a way to take care of me - not make a dollar. Over the years, we have become friends and I have even got to watch her daughter grow and mature into a college grad and realtor! I can't say enough as a military member how special she is and the fact she shows it by dipping into her commision to assist with closing and/or fees associated with the sale of a home. I sold the home in 2022 and couldn't be happier with the service and advice she provided; this time with her beautiful daughter assisting with the Tampa, FL sale while I was stationed in San Diego, CA. With Mannie and her daughter... it's always more than a sale. It's authenticity in a world that sorely lacks it.
